1. In order to have a functional teaching environment and to ensure that the international students are in a healthy condition and are able to complete their studies, Shenyang Pharmaceutical University has made a set of rules for the international students. These rules and regulations are in accordance with the “People's Republic of China Educational Law” and the “People's Republic of China higher Educational Law" and apply to all international students.
2. Apart from these rules and regulations, all international students should also abide by the Chinese Constitution.
3. The Rules and Regulations of the University apply at all times as well during the terms as during the holidays.
4. In case of minor misconduct, the student will be dealt with by an individual member of staff on an informal basis.
